The disclaimers below apply now. The complete binding terms — including refund and cancellation wording — are still under legal review, and individual tutoring arrangements are confirmed in writing before payment. A plain-language summary is on the policies page.
Educational outcome disclaimer
GAMSAT Plus provides preparation support for essay writing. It does not guarantee a particular score, score improvement, admission outcome or exam result. Outcomes depend substantially on each student's own work and circumstances.
Service arrangements
Tutoring is provided under individual written arrangements agreed before payment. Each arrangement states the lessons and written feedback included, the amount, and the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms. Full standard terms covering access periods and student responsibilities are still under legal review and will be published here once finalised.
Refund clarity
A standard published refund policy is still under legal review. Until it is published, refund terms for each tutoring arrangement are confirmed in writing before payment. Any voluntary refund promise is additional to consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing on this site excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Use of materials
GAMSAT Plus does not use or distribute copyrighted ACER preparation materials. Teaching uses original materials, original prompts or materials used with permission, and students must not upload copyrighted ACER content to the portal.
